Dance Trapeze:

You will learn a different style of movement from traditional trapeze.

Taking movement from the International Irish Aerial Dance Festival, Abigail explores different rolls and twists.

Movement is close to the ground and up in the ropes. Using a special carbon-fibre trapeze, this lightweight dance trapeze moves easily through the air.

Come and explore. Any level welcome.
